Dutch shipbuilder Feadship is at the forefront of sustainable superyacht engineering. Hybrid propulsion systems and advanced hull designs are becoming standard features in new builds.

Environmental scrutiny has prompted buyers to prioritize efficiency alongside luxury. Reduced emissions and energy innovation are now key selling points.

Customization remains central to the superyacht experience. Interiors reflect personal branding, while technology integrates seamlessly with performance engineering.

Charles “Duke” Tanner, ETS National Ambassador, to Join Faith Leaders and Diplomats at the Dallas Peace Summit

Published

on

On September 9 in Dallas, the former undefeated boxer and ETS National Ambassador will stand among faith leaders, diplomats, and policy voices — carrying prison names, Gary families, and a second-chance mandate into an invitation-only night of prayer

DALLAS — Charles “Duke” Tanner was once counted out for life. On September 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., he will walk into a private Dallas residence as a special guest of the Spiritual Diplomat Peace Summit — a room built for faith leaders, current and former heads of state, members of the diplomatic corps, community leaders, and policy voices.

The gathering will be held at the home of Sam and Vaishali Thakkar. It is invitation-only. The charge on the night is blunt: one day, one mission. Faith. Freedom. Future. Advancing faith. Defending freedom. Advancing peace.

Tanner is not entering as a spectator. He is entering as Vice President of Community Affairs & Outreach and National Ambassador for Engineered Tax Services, and as a representative of Legacy Impact Technologies and Real America’s Voice. He said he is walking in with gratitude in his heart and prayer in his spirit after being invited by Pastor Dr. Mark Burns and backed by ETS Founder and CEO Julio Gonzalez.

“Thank you, Pastor Dr. Mark Burns, for inviting me, and thank you, Julio Gonzalez, for believing in me and making this opportunity possible,” Tanner said. “I’m honored to represent Engineered Tax Services, Real America’s Voice, and the communities we serve.”

The Story the Room Cannot Ignore

Tanner’s seat at the summit is not a branding exercise. It is the collision of two records that were never supposed to occupy the same biography.

He came out of Gary, Indiana, as a professional light heavyweight with an undefeated 19–0 record. He trained under legendary coach Angelo Dundee and fought on ESPN. The ring gave him discipline, visibility, and a name. In 2004, a first non-violent case ended that chapter and opened a far harder one. He was sentenced to two life terms and served more than 16 years in maximum security.

He did not disappear inside. He held onto faith, wrote letters, and refused to let the sentence become the full definition of his life. His sentence was later commuted. On May 28, 2025, he received a full presidential pardon.

That pardon did not close the story. It assigned the next one.

Tanner built a public mission around second chances, reentry, fatherhood, prison reform, public policy, and economic access. He wrote Duke Got Life. He began working with organizations including the Jack Brewer Foundation, REFORM Alliance, and the Aleph Institute to strengthen families and create opportunities for people and communities impacted by incarceration. He co-founded Legacy Impact Technologies and the Legacy Impact Foundation. Then Gonzalez brought him into Engineered Tax Services and gave the work a national platform.

Gonzalez has said Tanner is proof that people should be judged by who they can become, not only by where they have been. The Dallas summit now puts that claim in a room of faith leaders and diplomats.

What He Is Taking Into the Room

Tanner has already defined the assignment. This is not a speaking trophy. It is a prayer assignment.

He pointed to Matthew 18:20: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” He said the room will be filled with faith-filled people coming together in prayer — not only for the people holding credentials, but for the people who will never see the guest list.

He will pray for people around the world.
He will pray for families in Gary, Indiana, still rebuilding after everything they endured.
He will pray for every man and woman still behind prison walls.

He also opened a door wider than the invitation. Anyone with a prayer request, he said, can send it to him privately. He will carry those names into that room.

“From a double life sentence to a life of purpose — only God could write this story,” Tanner said.

That line is the center of the night. Tanner is not asking the summit to admire a comeback. He is asking it to remember the people who have not come home yet.

Why This Night Matters

The Spiritual Diplomat Peace Summit places Tanner at a rare intersection: faith leadership, diplomacy, public policy, and community advocacy. For Engineered Tax Services, it extends the firm’s public posture beyond tax strategy and grant access and into the civic and spiritual rooms where trust is built. For Real America’s Voice and Legacy Impact, it puts a second-chance advocate in front of people who shape conversations about freedom, peace, and national direction.

For Tanner, the night is another mile marker on a path that began in a prison cell and now includes national outreach, reentry work, fatherhood advocacy, and a seat among faith and diplomatic voices. The contrast is the point. The same country that locked him up for life is now watching him walk into a room reserved for leaders.

The summit will last one evening. Tanner’s measure will last after the room empties.

Who got prayed for.
Who got remembered.
Who still needs a door opened once the diplomats go home.

That is the standard he is taking to Dallas. A second chance is unfinished if it stops with the man who received it.

AI-Generated Wealth Fuels Surge in Secret Off-Market Superyacht Transactions

Newly Minted Billionaires Drive Demand for Ultra-Exclusive, Never-Listed Vessels

MONACO / FORT LAUDERDALE – August 12, 2026 – A wave of wealth created by artificial intelligence is accelerating demand for the most exclusive segment of the superyacht market: off-market vessels that never appear on public listings. Industry brokers report a notable increase in confidential transactions as new billionaires seek privacy, scale, and immediate availability.

According to market participants, off-market deals are rising as buyers prioritize discretion and highly customized yachts featuring glass pools, beach clubs, advanced wellness facilities, and total seclusion. Brokerage executives note that the volume of such transactions has grown substantially compared with previous years.

The trend reflects a broader shift in how extreme wealth is being deployed. Rather than waiting for publicly marketed inventory, ultra-high-net-worth individuals are relying on private networks of brokers to secure the largest and most sophisticated vessels available.

This quiet boom is reshaping the top end of the yachting industry and reinforcing the role of maritime assets as both lifestyle statements and floating real estate for the global elite.
