Leading Brands Including Staud and Alice + Olivia Adopt Natural-Language and Visual Commerce Technology

NEW YORK – July 29, 2026 – Daydream, the artificial intelligence platform built specifically for fashion search and discovery, today announced the commercial availability of Powered by Daydream. The solution enables brands and retailers to embed advanced natural-language search and visual discovery capabilities directly into their existing e-commerce environments.

Initial live partners include Staud, Alice + Olivia, Couper, Cult Mia and Hampden Clothing. More than 25 additional brands and retailers have committed to the program, among them Anine Bing, Mansur Gavriel, ba&sh, Sandro, Maje, MESHKI and Ramy Brook.

Platform Capabilities

Powered by Daydream allows shoppers to search using conversational language and visual inputs rather than relying solely on traditional keyword filters. The technology is designed to improve product discovery, increase conversion rates and reduce friction in the online fashion shopping experience.

Daydream’s underlying catalog already spans hundreds of retailers, thousands of brands and millions of products. The new offering expands the company’s role from consumer-facing destination to infrastructure provider for the fashion industry.

Leadership and Growth

Daydream is led by founder and Chief Executive Officer Julie Bornstein, an e-commerce executive with prior experience at major retail and technology organizations. The company has surpassed 1.5 million shoppers and continues to expand its data and model capabilities.

The launch of Powered by Daydream follows a period of rapid product development and partnership traction, positioning the company at the intersection of artificial intelligence and fashion retail innovation.

Industry Implications

As fashion brands seek differentiation in crowded digital channels, tools that improve relevance and personalization are becoming strategic priorities. Daydream’s focus on fashion-specific language and visual understanding addresses a recognized gap in generic search technologies.
